Fume extraction system xFUME® COMMANDER
The command center against welding fumes This modular, powerful fume extraction unit makes clean air for manual welding, automated welding, cobot welding and robot welding. As a flexible power pack, the xFUME® COMMANDER W3 ensures that your workshop or production facility remains free of harmful welding fumes. It is based on extraction at source and works highly efficient with the extraction torches from the xFUME® line.
The xFUME® COMMANDER W3 is a safe, reliable solution even if only a customized extraction system is suitable for your field of application. The system can be converted from a mobile extraction unit to a stationary extraction system with an extra-large dust collection container. Therefore, it can be used just as easily for automated welding as for welding with a cobot or an industrial robot. It is tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 21904 Part 1 and Part 2 and meets the W3 requirements. This means that the xFUME® COMMANDER W3 can also release the cleaned air back into the environment when welding high-alloy steel compounds such as nickel and chrome*.
